Base Game License
BlockRun is built upon a game template purchased from the Unity Asset Store under a Single Entity License. The base game components are licensed to DD Gaming for use in this project in accordance with the Unity Asset Store End User License Agreement (EULA).
Custom Features
The following features were developed by DD Gaming and are original work:
- Solana blockchain integration using Solana Mobile Wallet Adapter
- USDC payment processing for in-app purchases
- Solana wallet connectivity
- Custom blockchain transaction handling
- Game branding (BlockRun name, logo, and visual identity)
Third-Party Services
BlockRun incorporates the following third-party services:
- Unity Technologies: Game engine, Unity Ads SDK
- Dreamlo: Leaderboard services
- Solana Foundation: Blockchain infrastructure and Mobile Wallet Adapter
Terms of Use
Grant of License
DD Gaming grants you a free, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download, install, and play BlockRun on compatible devices for personal entertainment purposes.
Permitted Use
- Download and install the game on your personal devices
- Play the game for personal entertainment
- Connect your Solana wallet for in-app purchases (optional)
- Participate in leaderboards and community features
Restrictions
You may not:
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the game
- Modify, redistribute, or create derivative works
- Use the game for commercial purposes
- Exploit bugs or glitches for unfair advantage
- Use automated tools or bots to play the game
Free to Play
BlockRun is provided free of charge. In-app purchases are optional and use cryptocurrency (USDC) on the Solana blockchain. All transactions are final and non-refundable.
Blockchain Transactions
By using the in-app purchase features, you acknowledge that:
- Transactions occur on the Solana blockchain and are permanent
- You are responsible for transaction fees (gas fees)
- DD Gaming does not control the blockchain and cannot reverse transactions
- You must have a compatible Solana wallet to make purchases
Disclaimer of Warranties
THE GAME IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. DD Gaming makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding:
- Uninterrupted or error-free operation
- Compatibility with all devices
- Availability of online features
- Security of blockchain transactions
Limitation of Liability
DD Gaming shall not be liable for any damages arising from use of BlockRun, including but not limited to:
- Loss of cryptocurrency or digital assets
- Device damage or data loss
- Inability to access the game or features
- Third-party service failures
Modifications
DD Gaming reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of BlockRun at any time without notice.
Termination
This license is effective until terminated. Your rights under this license will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with any term herein.
Governing Law
This agreement shall be governed by applicable law without regard to conflict of law provisions.
